- Carry out our obligations arising from agreements entered into between yourselves and us
- Carry out our obligations arising from agreements entered into between our clients and us where you maybe a customer, supplier or subcontractor of our client (in order to carry out the provision of our services)

- Notify you about any changes to our services or key relevant information that we feel would be of interest or beneficial to you as a client (for example key HMRC updates)

We may not be able to carry out our service or be able to fulfil our contract with you if certain information is not provided when requested or is refused (this includes information required by ourselves to comply with legal obligations such as Anti Money Laundering due diligence).
We may share this information with third party providers such as IT and cloud services, professional advisory services, Marketing services (with your consent) and banking services. We may also process and share your personal data without your consent where we are required to by law.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored at Upper Hill, Chetwynd Aston TF10 9LG and on a secure virtual Server. Some information is stored within Cloud Accounting Software. This is to ensure that there are sufficient back up measures to allow recovery of data in the event of accidental loss or damage.
Your personal data is only stored for as long as required to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. Your personal data is restricted to authorised personnel who have a business need to know. They are bound to a strict confidentiality clause.
If your data is subject to a suspected security breach we will notify yourself and any regulator where we are required to do so.
